This is Okinawasoba of Kishimoto Shokudo.
The restaurant is founded in 1905, in Motobu on the Okinawan main island.
The noodle is little bit like Udon.
The flavored pork meat is very soft.
I like Okinawasoba.
And the flavored rice, called Jyushi, is also good.
I want to go to Okinawa and eat it again.
