Again I am writing about Ekiben.
I bought this Ekiben at Kyoto station.
The thing on top of the flavored rice is conger pike.
It is one of the food that is presented in the summer in Kyoto.
Next to the green beens in the upper left is Yuba (bean-curd skin).
It is famous in Kyoto.
I like eating Ekiben in the Shinkansen (bullet train).
