About me

Hi, I am a Japanese middle aged woman.

I wanted to introduce places, food, and other stuff in (especially) Japan and other countries which I visited, using photos.

So I decided to start this blog.

Now I live in Fukuoka, but my hometown is Kyoto.

And I use pictures from where I visited.

Accordingly, this blog will jump from place to place.

I categorized them according to prefectures and countries.

Also the category called others contains various culturel stuff.

If you are interested about some particular prefecture or countries, please use the index to locate it.

And I think writing this will improve my English and prevent senility.

By the way, my husband is American.

Though I can’t write English well, he will edit it after I write.

Yoroshiku !

  2. Interesting! I have always been in love with Japan (sounds cliche), and it would be nice to know the Japanese’s perspective about her/his own foods and places. Not much in blogosphere. Looking forward to your posts. :)

  5. Thanks so much for following ZimmerBitch; I’m enjoying your posts — especially those about food. I eat quite a lot of Japanese food, but because I’m not in Japan, I’m never sure how authentic it is.

  6. I think you write very well. I so appreciate short, to-the-point blogs that say less but stimulate more. Yours is such a blog. I’m going to subscribe if I can find out how. Peace. Patsye

  7. I am impressed that you are writing in your second language. I know this is difficult (I try sometimes in my second language—German— and it makes my head spin). You’re doing great! Nice blog. I would love to visit Japan and have been reading a lot about your beautiful country. Thank you for liking my post about Cordoba, Spain.

    1. Thank you very much for nominating me.
      I have been nominated before,
but since I don’t know about it well and I don’t know how to use wordpress for linking to other people, so for now I will just post.
Anyway thank you very much for reading my blog.😊

  10. Excellent blog. I have many Japanese followers. I love them, although their English is not perfect, but I love their thoughts and when visiting their blogs, I get information about Japan, where I visited in 1970.
    幸せな週末!
